The holiday season has just flown by! The shop has been crazy busy, and we’ve been doing a ton of private events and workshops. Luckily hubby has been doing a lot of the Christmas shopping, because I haven’t had much time to sneak away. We are starting to get a little snow too. It’s always pretty to have a light dusting when everyone has their Christmas lights out. I wanted to take a moment to share my friends home with you. I’ve known Ellen for a really long time! In fact, we initially met because our husbands have been friends for over 20 years! She has such a lovely eye, and has made a traditional and beautiful holiday home, that I knew you would love taking peek around!
I love how Ellen has pretty touches of Christmas and winter sprinkled through her home. I love those large botanical prints! I am such a sucker for those! What I love most about here home is that it feels so warm and cozy, but is also so pretty. I also know it’s going to transitionally well into winter decor when the Christmas decor gets packed away.
I always love a deer and a pine tree with berries! I love the touches of red, and the frosty winter trees she has sprinkled around! I love a good, frosty tree!!
I’ll let you look around a little more at this traditional and beautiful holiday home and catch up with you at the end.
I want to thank Ellen so much for sharing her home!! I always love taking a look into how other people decorate. It gives me fresh ideas, for things I would love to incorporate into my own decor. You can visit her blog and see more of her home at Ellenbliss.com . If you would like a chance to be on next years house walk, you can link up your home here, or just visit the bloggers homes that are linked up!
