The sweet moments in life

I am teaming up with Marie Callender’s today to talk about those sweet moments in life!
One of the things that has really hit home for me lately is how fast life is going by. It seemed like when the kids were little, it was going to last forever. And sometimes not in a good way. Now when I look back at their baby pictures, I feel like I miss those sweet moments that went by in the blink of an eye.
I almost forget to savor them a bit when they are happening and It’s almost hard to remember them being so little. I thought I would share some of our sweet moments with you. I love looking through old photos, because it really brings me back to when I thought it was completely crazy, but actually had no idea at all. 🙂 little ones in hats just hanging out We would spend a lot of our days hanging out and it was busy, busy, busy. Full of playdates and naps. Oh, how many of those days I need a nap. 015_12A.JPG Messy faces and hands. Not that they aren’t still messy. It’s actually incredible how this one still gets chocolate on her face. It was just much cuter when she was 3. I love fall. With all of our trees, we normally end up with some really good sizes piles of leaves. The kids still will make piles and jump in them. I am glad they haven’t outgrown it yet. This picture makes me laugh because it reminds me of one of those “when you see it” memes. a walk on a florida beach This is the picture that really made me realize how fast life is going. This is Oldest when she was about 22 months old, walking on a beach in Florida with Hubby. It was only her and it was her first time with the sand under her feet, going into the Ocean. walking in Michigan This picture is from our last vacation. She’s the tall one on the far left, and there are two more in the picture, already big! We need to remember to slow down and live in those sweet moments. It’s too easy to rush through them. That’s why I like the idea of making life a bit easier with Marie Callender’s homemade quality desserts. I bought the Chocolate Satin pie. It had a rich chocolate filling, a homemade quality made-from-scratch cookie crust and it was topped with real chocolate curls. Chocolate satin pie for the sweet moments in life Holy cow was it good. I couldn’t shovel that thing into my mouth fast enough. I found it at our local grocery store in the freezer section. I like that I can pick it up and throw it in my freezer and then pull it on the ready if I need a dessert, especially for the holidays and make those sweet moments a little sweeter. Marie Callenders chocolate satin pie It makes it so I can have something as close to homemade as possible, and I don’t have to spend the extra time to make dessert, so I can enjoy more of those sweet moments in life.
