New Creative Year- New Art Skills- New Art Workshops

I am excited to be teaching workshops in my art studio this winter into spring in the shop! I have 3 in person workshops scheduled with a few different dates for each to work with your schedule! 2024 is the perfect year to learn new art skills!

We start out the year with creating a mixed media intention journal. We’ll be using paint, paper, stamps and more to create a cover for a journal we can write our intentions, dreams, thoughts and hopes for the year in. You can pick a word of the year and then base your cover off of that! There are two dates available for that workshop. You can register or find out more information here.

The next class I get asked to teach all of the time is my watercolor workshops and we are starting with a Watercolor for Beginners Workshop. I love teaching these because everyone is so intimidated by watercolor, and I love seeing when people realize they can do it and it’s much easier than they think it is! Finally, moving into February, I have a beginner’s watercolor workshop that focuses on painting petals and leaves and creating different flowers by combining different strokes. In all of the classes participants leave with a completed ,matted artwork.
