Clay Ornaments with Diamond Painting and Dotting Embellishments

Are you some one that loves creating artwork with the craft of diamond painting and dotting? it’s one of those very relaxing hobbies that allows you to create fun artwork by “painting” with little plastic faceted dots.  It’s so much fun! What if it told you you could use those in an entirely new way and make a clay ? I recently saw someone use the dots on plastic cut outs and I thought it would be so cute to use them on air dry clay ornaments with some diamond dotting embellishments.

Three handmade holiday ornaments—a green tree, a red sweater with an "M," and a white candy cane—are decorated with beads and placed on a surface with evergreen branches.

Use Dimensional Paint to Create a Design

Use the dimensional paint (puffy paint) to create designs and lines on the painted air dry clay ornament such as lines on a Christmas sweater or even a monogram.
