Vintage and Greenhouse Display at the Nada Farm Barn Sale May 2010

The Nada Farm barn sale 2010 It was an amazing They are such a talented group of women! Wait until you see their display ideas and how creative everything was!!! The farm sale was set up in Anne Marie’s barn just outside of Dekalb, IL. It was a group of 4 women who have a ton of creativity. Most of the items sold at the sale are vintage or handmade, and the entire barn was transformed into a delight for the eyes. It seems like there was a vintage and greenhouse display decor theme going on. I’ve been making things for weeks, and was so excited to see what I made and gathered fit right in. The entrance was so warm and welcoming with a message on the chalkboard and a sweet pair of yellow rain boots with fern inside.
Chalkboard sign reading "Na-Da Farm Welcome" behind yellow boots used as planters with ferns, next to a statue and a potted plant on a wooden step.

There was incredible shopping, but of course I am completely biased as 1/3 of it was my stuff. Take a peek and enjoy window shopping… There was a lot of handmade art and this terrarium/mini-green house made out of old windows.
Interior of a vintage shop featuring a charming greenhouse display with assorted rustic and antique items, including framed art, a glass terrarium, furniture, and unique decorative objects.

How amazing does this display look? Everything at the sale was so well displayed. I love this vignette with this religious statue and the greenery of roses and moss. It has such an organic feel.

A vintage potted plant with moss and cherub figurines sits beside two religious statues, one larger and crowned, arranged as a charming greenhouse display among lush greenery.

There was something about how these metal buckets with aged decoupaged images and the sheet music just sang together. I also loved the framed distressed art. These would be so cute on a porch with a beautiful plant in them.

A small round table with large numbers sits next to metal buckets, old framed sheet music, and other vintage and greenhouse display items on a gravel-covered surface.

I shot this view from the top because I love how it looked form this angle with the branches. Even from the top the view is co creative and artistic.

An eclectic indoor space filled with vintage furniture, hanging lights, framed art, and potted plants arranged in a charming greenhouse display among decorative items.

A galvanized bucket with herbs is the perfect table topper.
A metal tub labeled "Herbs" holds potted herbs on a table, beside three white candles in glass holders and rustic decor, creating a charming vintage and greenhouse display.

Around every corner were sweet, little vignettes set up that created little scenes. One thing I adored creating was this vintage ladder that I turned sideways and added vintage fern prints handing from wood hanging frames. I distressed the prints to give them an aged appearance. I was thrilled when this sold right away. I know it is going to look amazing in someone’s home.

A wooden ladder leans against a table, creating a vintage and greenhouse display with fern-printed fabric on its rungs. Vintage glassware, candles, and papers are artfully arranged on the table above.

It was so amazing to see how the vintage and greenhouse display came together and lent to the barn sale magic. I have even more pictures here on this post!
