Botanical Inspiration for Spring….

April 7, 2014 By Jennifer

I love vintage botanical charts and  drawings. I fell in love with some of these images, and I wanted to share some botanical inspiration with you to help you get in the spring mood……!

There is something about this below picture that makes me want to crawl into it! The chippi-ness of the chairs with the aged wall . It just has such a great feel. And moss always adds some nice green!

Conservatory style table display

I love any touches of nature,

Pretty gols sidetable with yellow flowers

Even some faux flowers…sssshhh don’t tell!!!

Design house silver tray bedside table

And any color even flowers like simple paper whites brighten up a space.

Paint color Elephant Skin by Behr

Or some trialing vines!

Gold glasses on window sill

And how sweet this one is with the gold glass and the touch of green leaves.

Living room for spring

And I love how adding fresh flowers just brightens up a room.

flower diplay

And it’ s amazing how a simple bloom in  a pretty glass looks.

I just feel springier looking at these pictures.

I love the display option with the numbered boxes.

Spring flowers in vintage bottlesvia

and I have an entire collection of vintage bottles waiting for blooms.

A succulent in a vintage tart pan makes a nice mini-decoration

This is a a perfect touch for a party! The grey-greens and reds  in the succulent plant are jut lovely.

Are you feeling spring-spired yet?
