One of the other cute shops I was able to take a look at in Morris was Red Bird Vintage; a cute, little shopette inside of Lola’s on 126. E. Washington Street.
I was able to meet Kay the owner and designer of the shop and she told me how she had a retail store in Oregon, IL years ago.
The love to retail has never left her and she started her Etsy store a few years ago for of her handmade signs and pillows.
and it’s led her to be featured in Elle Decor and on Chicago’s Home and garden blog.
She loves to re-purpose antiques with paint and fabric,
and carries one of a kind items such as these cute chairs and step stool.
You might have seen her if you went to the last Nada show, 3 French Hens or the Kane County Flea Market.
Kays offering a giveaway today too!
This super cute cross bag made from a re-purposed army tent!
All you have to do is go to her facebook page and “like” Red Bird Vintage to be entered. Make sure you leave a comment here letting us know you did.
A winner will be drawn Monday!
