Romantic rustic bedroom decor

Hi everyone! It was a crazy week with the flea market and the #loveyourneighbor Designer showcase house last week. Since I did the photography for the show house, I want to share a different rooms with you over the next few days so you get to enjoy it too. It was fun to see everyone’s room because all of the designers had such different ideas and styles.

The showcase house was a great success, raising a lot of funds for local families in need. There was a fun artisan market too.

This room was created by Mark Norkaitis the shop owner of Room 363 in Naperville,IL.

I would describe the room style/bedroom decor as Romantic rustic with  a touch of industrial.

Mark does a great job of incorporating lovely glamorous elements and vintage pieces together. His shop has a great industrial feel. The downstairs ceilings in Serenade added to the great loft feel.

I love how his room turned out because the added vines make it seem like  a pretty sleeping porch.

This pop of yellow in this chair adds some great color and texture.

I love this pretty silver tray used as a side table.

Across the room is a fabulous dramatic mirror and elegant lamps.

So pretty. Imagine going to sleep in this room as your bedroom decor.

I had to get this picture because I loved how the reflection looked.

He used a traditional nightstand on the other side of  the bed, which I love, because even though it’s a show house, a girl has to keep her undies somewhere.
