My TV segment on WGN midday fix Channel 9

It’s been really weird to have all of this media stuff going on the last few weeks.  As well as the radio interview, I had a magazine photo shoot here, and yesterday I had the privilege  of doing a small project spot on our local news station WGN Midday fix. It was a very cool experience! Hubby came as my “handler/heavy supply lifter” and afterwards we went out to lunch to reward each other for getting through all of the crazy things this holiday season! Even though we have some big plans for the new year, we are glad to take a few weeks to hang out and do nothing!

I also decided to do up some curly hair for the occasion. It was fun because one of the craft  projects we featured from the book were the cross stitch mugs, which is one of my favorites. They are so cute to decorate with or to give as a thoughtful gift! The WGN midday fix was fun to do and Dina Bair was really nice!

I wanted to post my TV segment here to share with you.  I was super nervous until the camera started rolling. My stomach was doing flip flops at first, but then as we started, everything kind of melted away. The time went fast! 4 minutes seems long, but it’s not and it was over before I knew it! 1. GREAT job!
They must have loved how smooth and efficient you were. Dina Bair is a family friend and one of the most genuine people on TV. So glad you worked with her.
    Merry Christmas!
