Welcome to Jennifer Rizzo’s Holiday Housewalk 2018 Day 1
Welcome! I am so excited to have you all here for the Holiday Housewalk 2018 Day 1!
This is the 8th year running! Who would have thought when I got a group of friends together for the first housewalk, that here we would be, still fa-la-la-ing along. I am so glad and honored that I can share these home tours with you! And I hope you still look forward to it as much as I do! It’s my favorite time of the year! We have some old favorites, and some brand new homes this year with amazing Christmas decorating ideas, including our winner of the linky party! Make sure you link up your holiday home next Monday to enter for your spot to be on the housewalk next year!
The housewalk this year is sponsored by my own store, so feel free to pop over and take a look at what we are all about! To give you some info,we are a brick and mortar lifestyle boutique, and a hands-on makery . We are about 30 minutes outside of Chicago in the western ‘burbs.
In honor of our 8th year, for the first day,we are going to have 8 amazing homes! So, grab your hot cocoa, a few cookies (we won’t tell), and crank up the holiday tunes! Let’s start the Holiday Housewalk 2018 Day 1!

Thank you so much Jenn!!! I am so glad you love it!
All were beautiful. Thank you all for sharing. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.
Merry Christmas to you too!
Hi, are your stair treads painted black? My builder failed to match my treads to my floors so I am looking for a fix!
Hi Jennifer,
My stairs are stained, but I have seen where people paint them black and they look amazing. I’ve also seen where people stain them darker and they look great too.
I love your home, Jen and I love “The Bailey Brother’s” pillow. It is a wonderful life.
Thank you so much Deb!
