Make a vintage tea cup vase……

April 15, 2013 By Jennifer

One of the projects I did for Celebrating Everyday life magazine was making  simple vase for tulips out of two vintage tea cups. It’s easy to make a vintage tea cup vase and is a great way to use of pretty cups you don’t want to drink out of, but still want to use.
To make a vintage tea cup vase you need:
2- water tight tea cups with no cracks or leaks
E6000  or hot glue
If you don’t want them to be permanently stuck together; just use a ton of hot glue and they should last for a one time use. Just make sure before you fill them with water and flowers. If you want to make them permanent, or maybe even do a higher stack use E6000 or a ceramic glue.
It’s so simple and a cluster would look really cute for a center piece at different heights, you could also use tea lights in them for  a party.
