Pretty late spring bathroom updates
I hit a bonanza sale at Anthropologie this weekend. 40% off sale items! It was the perfect excuse to do some quick spring bathroom updates and just freshen it up a little bit. I ended up picking up a set of towels and a pretty bird creamer that I thought would be perfect for some little flowers.
I also grabbed a shower curtain and bath rug on sale at Target. It’s a nice update for under $60.
I also moved a canvas I had in another part of the house, and replaced the print I previous had there. I always save art I love, even if I’m not using it. It’s a great way to refresh a space.
You can see what our bathroom looked like previously here.
It made everything look so clean and bright.
The shower curtain pattern is pretty, but with a white background it looks really clean. It’ s a small room, so any way I can bring in lightness and brightness the better!
I always like to keep an extra towel with in reach, because you never know when you are going to need it. We end up needing them quite a bit around here.
The little bird creamer was $3 after the 40% off! I picked some Muscari and wild violets from our yard. I thought they added a nice touch of color. I put the violets in a vintage ink well jar.
The nice thing about having a “natural” yard is lots of pretty, little blooms. It’s pretty in the spring when they make a low purple carpet.
It makes for a nice bathroom update with a minimal investment. It’s amazing how by just changing out a few things can change the entire look!
Looks beautiful, fresh, simple and lovely colors!
