Art Workshops in the Lisle Studio

It’s that time of year again to launch our fall workshops! Just featured on FOX 32 morning news, we are adding new workshops and time slots all of the time, This is what we are starting with for our creative Fall line up! We have two workshops in August and then launch into a full schedule in September for art workshops in the Lisle studio. Our class sizes are limited and fill up quickly so make sure to grab your seat, so stop in the retail area to pick up a unique gift, piece of artwork or decor item!

 

We kick off our fall workshop series with Paint and Print Your Pet. Bring a 5 x7 photocopy or copy  photo of your pet and we will create an art piece that features one of your favorite family members!

Our next workshop is one filled with family memories and features mixed media art. We’ll create a one of a kind meaningful piece of art that features your family (bring copies of photos or photocopies from a copy machine of old family photos… no originals please! or we have old photos so you can borrow family). The next weekend we have a beginner’s charcoal class called Wacky Pumpkins: Experiments in Charcoal. This is a great workshop to play with drawing and shading and make some cool fall art. More info here.

Then we dive into the world of creating abstract art! This is a freeform workshop that will have you leaving with a one of a kind art piece painted in acrylic paint. Wear old clothing!

And finally we have one of my favorites, a decoupage dried pressed flower pumpkin workshop! These pumpkins are so gorgeous and a great way to transition to fall decor!
