#Lovewins Valentine’s day banner
I am on a roll with printables! I wanted to make a #lovewins Valentine’s day banner to brighten everything up a bit. It’s that weird time of year where the weather is kind of dull outside. We need some color and flowers!
This is an easy print, cut and go kind of a thing! I thought it would be fun to add a hashtag as kind of a tongue in cheek thing.;) Everything has a hashtag now a days, isn’t it? Did you ever see that Justin Timberlake-Jimmy Fallon hashtag skit? Hilarious!
This is a super quick banner, kind of like this one. It took about 15 minutes for me to complete it. I think the tassels took me longer.
I just cut out the squares (I printed them 4 inches x 4 inches, 4 on a sheet of paper.), punched out the holes, used an edge puncher to pretty up the bottom, strung it on yarn at it was good to go!
I styled it on my mirror with my new industrial cart.
It looks nice by my mug rack. At first I tried it with tassels on just one side, and then I decided I needed them on both. You can see the shots I took before I decided on two sets of tassels instead of only on one. If I were a movie I would have horrible continuity. Though there is nothing I like more than watching a movie and calling out all of the mistakes!
The hardest thing about shooting into the mirror is making sure most of the room is clean behind it, and that you don’t get yourself in the shot.
I do love the bit of color the banner adds!
I have the printables below if you would like to make your own!
Just right mouse click to save, and print on cards stock to give it a bit more density. You can either cut it into triangles, or leave them square and fancy them up like I did.
Happy Bannering! Remember #lovewins!

Easy hugs and kisses pillow
that’s quite a juxtaposition there – mirror/cart… 🙂 Very nice. Happy Valentine’s Day to you1
Thank Joyce! You too!
I love this! so pretty! I have a question…where did you find your tall mug rack? I have a smaller one, and really would love a bigger one like yours…. 🙂
I bought mine years ago, but I think Painted fox on-line has them.
thank you so much!
Love it. Thank you for the printables.
You’re welcome Carol!
Nice and easy and Oh, so sweet!
I absolutely love this! I have to try making one! I bought materials today at A.C. Moore to make one since I have seen them, but yours is by far my favorite! Oh, I have to tell you how funny it is that you mentioned mistakes in movies! I don’t know how my five year old daughter stumbled upon it but last night we were watching Minion bloopers from the movie! Now I am going to definitely do this the next time I watch a movie!
