Amazing Chalkboard Art
After seeing Dana Tanamachi’s amazing chalk board art, I decided to play and give it a go myself. The one thing In love about chalk art is that it’s so easy to fix a mistake so you can be as creative as you want to be!
I don’t think I did too badly, but I think it is nothing compared to Dana’s amazing work!
I am in just awe of her talent. Her writing is so gorgeous, and so beautiful!
Her perspective is amazing. I can’t believe it’s chalk! I can’t tell you how much I had to erase just to do the simplest things!
and it’s so precise and I love the creativity of the hand lettering.
You can see more of her amazing work on her site here….

That’s amazing that she spends all that time and energy into something that is going to be erased!I bet she is a very givng person. Your bird and nest is lovely, don’t erase!
Couldn’t believe it is chalk! BUt yours is so lovely too! Let the bird nest and have babies…
Wow! These are amazing! I would hate to have it in my house though because I would be absolutely terrified that some loon would come and wipe it off!!! I love your bird art!

Amazing work and a great inspiration. You’ve taken the idea and created something beautiful. I’m wondering it she coats the final project with something to preserve it because it’s an awful lot of work!
I’m going to try this myself.
I’ve seen her stuff on Pinterest, and she is way awesome. But I loved your board too, it’s so cute! Working with chalk is tough.
