No sew fabric bunting

Hi everyone! It’s Angela from Number Fifty-Three and I have a simple, cute project to share with you all this month, a no sew fabric bunting!

I have always wanted to learn how to sew. I think of all the pillows, curtains, slipcovers that I could make because I love pattern and fabric so much. But, right now, I have other obligations and time in scarce, so I try to come up with fabric projects that don’t require actual sewing.

This No Sew Fabric Bunting is one of them. It’s a simple list of supplies: pen, bowl, scissors, fabric (I used several patterns), iron, fabric glue and twill ribbon.

This was so easy! Simply use a bowl to trace circles onto the back of your fabric using the pen. Cut out each circle and fold them in half. Then, iron each folded circle and use your finger nails to pull on the edge of the fabric to fray.

Lastly, glue either side of the twill to the inside of the semicircle.

Fabric circles and a bottle of No-Sew Fabric Glue rest on a dark surface, perfect for crafting a vibrant no-sew fabric bunting.

Knot the ends and hang wherever you’d like.
