Design house 2015 paint colors

I’ve had so many people ask bout wall paint colors, I have this post just for you!

The fun part of the designer house was seeing all of the blank walls transformed by color. It’s amazing how a can or two of paint can change and update an entire room. I love that while everyone was on-trend, the decorating styles were so different.

Of course, lighting is everything when trying out a paint color in your own room. Many times I’ve loved a color in someone’s home to only try it on my own walls, and it looks completely different! The biggest problem I have in my house is everything seems to go yellow. I love yellow, but not always as an undertone. I once painted a room a very light, soft cream only to have it turn super-lemony. That was a panic and a repaint! Sometimes I need to remind myself that there are no painting emergencies.
