Tween girl bedroom idea
Hi everyone! I don’t know about you, but with the school year ending, it has been craziness around here!
I have just a few rooms left to show you of the #loveyourneighbor design house. This room is a great take on a grow-with-it bedroom for a young girl to a tween.
Who doesn’t need a tween girl bedroom idea? This look would be right before they rip down your pretty, store bought artwork and put up posters of One Direction.
Toms-Price Home Furnishings designed this room with a sunny shade of yellow and lots of fun color.
Everything from the bedding to the rug on the white painted wood floors screams color and fun. I know girls are all about that.
If this room had sequins, my little chickens would move right in!
The bedding screams bright and fun and I like the cute, little pillowcase pillow. But, it also has a nice, cozy cottagey feel.
I want this chair for myself. I have a thing for spool chairs. Any girl would love this fun fabric too. It coordinates well with the bedding. I love how it looks against the white, painted floors.
And I think with the yellow walls, the white furniture really pops.
There is a teeny nook space in the room and I like that they made it a place the “tween” could hang out and do homework.

I love this tween room. It’s so soft and sweet. Love the yellow and the white and how the bedding, rug, and chair colors all blend together!! It’s all so perfect!

I attended the event and every room was wonderful in its own way. Have to say I felt very at home in both kitchen areas. When I was about nine or ten my mom moved my brothers to a larger bedroom and gave me my own room. I don’t know when she did it all but she made me a bedspread and canopy out of rosy pink gingham which she smocked so it was gathered into ruffles. A new dresser, bed, chair, lamps everything new. And when I came home from school that was my surprise. Special girls rooms are the best.
