3 French Hens Holiday Market Snowflake and Branch Market Display

The show this weekend was AMAZING. Not only did vendors have beautiful booth’s but the traffic was so heavy, it was wall to wall people, which was fantastic for the vendors. It was a great show! I was able to quickly run around and snap a few picture with my ipad for you, so I apologize for the quality. I decided to make a snowflake and branch market display for my booth.

I was able to get a few of my booth and then a few of the others as well. My hubby and brother did an amazing job helping me hang the branches and lights. They take direction very well 🙂 I wrapped branches from our yard in vintage bulb lights and paper snowflakes to create a wintery feel in my booth space. I repeated a lot of what I did at the Kane County Market with the snowflake and branch market display theme.

To display the silver I was selling, I nestled it in book page shred with some faux greenery.

Some of the other booths were so pretty. I wish I could have shopped. I had some people tell me that this was one of the best holiday shows they had ever been to.

I love how they placed a suitcase of ornaments on a chair for height.

The Antique Shoppe had great things.

I adore the artwork of Julie Norkus. I am  a huge fan of hers. Her display is always on pointe!

This giant stand up Santa was really cool and greeted everyone as they came in!

I can’t wait to go back next year! My last show of the year is at The Nook in Naperville. So if you are near the area, come and see me!

I am very excited because I am going to bring lots of artwork, something I don’t normally do. And I am very glad it’s my last show. I know my family is ready for a break and so am I. I want to work on a few other projects I have in the works and something that I haven’t been able to devote my full attention to: my kiddos.  They have been so good, but I know it’s hard on them.
The Monday after Thanksgiving I am going to put up the house walk list. I am so excited! My tree is going up this week!!

  2. The lighted branches inspire me to add some to my little Christmas shop…love how you styled your booth…so many things to see. I see new things each time I look at the photos again. Your Santos-like angels are beautiful. I love the expressions on their faces much better than any other Santos I have seen.

How I wish I were near enough to Naperville to attend that show. The poster alone, with the muted greens, reds, whites, is a work of art!

    Happy Thanksgiving…

  3. Thanks Jen for the mention! As always loved your whole booth and the lighted branches were beautiful! It was a fun show with great sales! Jen Rippinger – Fresh Vintage!
