Eclectically Home Fall Our Home Tour Part 1

Happy Fall! I am so excited to be apart of 2 home tours this week! To start today’s Eclectically Home Fall Our Home Tour Part 1you can start at the beginning at  Eclectically Vintage.

Welcome to everyone coming over from Dear Lillie!

I like to slowly transition my Fall decor by adding little touches.

A framed butterfly illustration hangs above a small table with a pumpkin, a white vase filled with autumn leaves, and smaller decorations. Part of a colorful curtain is visible on the right, setting the scene for an inviting fall home tour.

Please come in our front entry!!! I added a little pumpkin next to some leaves in a pretty white vase. Those are my new drapes from Cost Plus World Market. I am just in love with them! I also bought some curtains for our downstairs that I can’t wait to show you with  a big reveal!

White vase with red and orange autumn leaves on a small table. A candle in a glass holder and a bunch of leaves with berries are placed next to it, making the perfect scene for a fall home tour. In the background, a butterfly illustration is visible.

I have to admit that the leaves are faux. We haven’t quite started to turn colors yet here, but I am torn between looking forward to the seasons changing and bringing out the plaids and turtlenecks and enjoying weather above 70 degrees.

On this fall home tour, you'll find a cozy living room featuring a beige tufted sofa adorned with colorful floral pillows, patterned curtains, and a white round table decked out with décor items—all atop a bright rug.

I added some more fall colored pillows and a  few fall things like the pumpkins and some zinnias from my yard.

A coffee table with a wicker tray holding a book, ceramic owl, small pumpkins, and a vase of orange flowers sets the scene for your fall home tour. In the background, a cozy couch adorned with patterned pillows completes the inviting atmosphere.

I think I’m  in love with this little owl guy.

A beige tufted sofa with three decorative pillows: one with owl designs, a blue and white patterned pillow, and a solid red-brown pillow. A patterned curtain hangs in the background, setting the scene for a cozy fall home tour.

In the kitchen, which is my favorite room,I like to bring out some pops of red-orange.

A cozy kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a wooden countertop, and a central wooden table. A chandelier hangs above, and vintage kitchen decor ideas are showcased through decorative items placed on the counters. The floor is hardwood.

A bright kitchen with white cabinets, wooden countertops, a chandelier, a marble island, and various dishes and utensils on the countertops. The window has decorative trim and colorful jars by the sink, offering vintage kitchen decor ideas for an inviting culinary space.

Including some marigolds  and a couple of mini-mums on the window sill.

I love  how the sunlight comes in by the kitchen window over the sink. The cute cow creamers add a little fun, and I adore how the flower towel really adds color!

A kitchen sink with a vintage-style faucet is underneath a window. A floral towel hangs from the sink, offering some vintage kitchen decor ideas. Decor on the windowsill includes a candle and small bottles. The countertop has a soap dispenser.

And here’s a peek at our dining area.

A dining area with a table covered in a patterned cloth, wooden chairs, framed botanical prints on the wall, a chandelier, and a pumpkin centerpiece. Sunlight streams through the curtained window, perfectly capturing the essence of a cozy *fall home tour*.

  1. Jen, LOVE your bright and happy fall home! I think every home should have zinnias and marigolds. I just adore them in your blue mason jars! Sigh!!!! They just feel like home to me! Thanks for sharing all your well appointed fall touches!!! Those curtains are fabulous!!!! Great party!!!!

  2. Hi Jen, With the release of your book coming out, are you doing any presentations? I work at a Lutheran Church in Chicago and thought it would be a fun thing to have for a ladies event before the holidays. I am assuming that you could talk about holiday decor, gift wrapping etc. Just wondering if this is something you do and what the charge would be.

How exciting for you. Congratulations. Will there be any sneak-peaks inside the book?

  3. Jennifer, do you mind me asking if you can recall where you got your little owl? It’s so precious but doesn’t scream “Owl” with shades of brown.

  4. Those drapes are gorgeous ! good pick. What I love most about touring your home is how you stay true to your own style and your signature look…it’s beautiful Jen,,,,like always…xo

  5. Jennifer – I noticed the area rug in your living room. I bought the same exact one from Target. I have been looking for an area rug for my living room for over a year. The colors in this one are perfect and I loved the feel of it. I am however so disappointed in the quality. After just a few months it is falling apart. I don’t dare vacuum it anymore because the loops pull out of the back. Are you having any issues, or did I buy a lemon?

    1. Hi Jennifer,I have had some of my loops pull out too. I’ve been trimming them off as they pull out of the top. I think it’s the way they are made, which is not very well, but I love it too much to return it even though it wasn’t cheap! It’s a shame because I probably won’t buy another rug like that from Target again. I’ve been vacuuming it on the bare floor setting so the brush on the vacuum doesn’t pull on the yarn at all.

  6. Jennifer, your home looks so pretty and welcoming. I love your tan tufted sofa. Please let me know where you purchased it when you have the chance. Thank you!

  7. Your kitchen is to die for! We have a little vintage kitchen that I dream to finish out to be half as beautiful as yours! Thanks for sharing!
