My Small Shop at Afforable Antiques and Goods at Denise’s Adornments

I wanted to share my small shop with you at  Affordable Antiques and more in Naperville, IL is  a higher end home decor and antique shop It’s a great place to sell my artwork and I’ve already sold a few pieces.
Styled retail shelves at Affordable Antiques

I brought in some books cases and shelves to display my handmade and vintage goods.
I tried to create layers of vignettes so it was interesting for people to look at and shop in my little space. My Small Shop is almost like a little “shopette.”
Hand stenciled wood boxes with French lettering

I made some hand-stenciled boxes with French lettering. I love these for pretty storage. I was so excited to have my own wall of art of all of my originals.

I also have tea towels and a Santos doll. It’s a small section on a wall, but it’s a start!  I also have some new things at Denise’s Adornments in Geneva. I brought lots of handmade things like journals.

Handmade paper journals
I love her shop. She has such great stuff and I feel like I fit right in. I brought handmade jewelry and decoupaged bottles.
Decoupaged bottle and handmade jewelry

I really love creating decoupage items. and this egg goes right along with my handmade goods. If you love decoupaging, you can try making this wood slice art with botanical images.

So many gorgeous things with book stacks and concrete items.

More of my decoupage bottles are styled with a fun concrete bird. These stamped book stacks are easy to make! See how to make them here.
