How to make a burlap stenciled tray everyone will love….
I want to say a big thank you to Rhoda from Southern Hospitality for featuring my home tour!
Welcome to every one stopping over!
Remember the stenciled burlap project I did, and I though I was going to make a pillow?
I decided instead to add it to this great tray I had picked up on one of my thrifting adventures.
I decoupaged old book pages to the tray bottom and them adhered the burlap panel on top.
I made sure to glue down the edges, and it was ready to go.
I had it out at the barn sale where it went pretty quick to a happy, new home. You could do this project with any message. With the 4th of July, you could use God Bless America, or even a phrase from The Star Spangled Banner.
I am glad I used Stay a While….
I love that warm and welcoming message. 🙂
