I’m joining a fun group of bloggers today in the Seasonal Simplicity Fall Series to show you our outdoor decorating. I shared one side of my deck yesterday with a work table makeover,and today I am going to show you the other side of our Outdoor Fall Deck Decor.

Our deck has changed quite a bit, and I continue to change it up quite a bit every year. This year we are having a warm, rainy fall so far, so everything is still really green. Dressing up the deck for fall for me means pumpkins and mums. A few years ago, I added some boho painted pumpkins to bring some fun fall vibes.

My hubby found a sunshade from Costco this summer, and it’s changed our life. It makes it feel like a real outdoor room.

Our outdoor fall deck decor is pretty simple. I piled faux pumpkins on the vintage marble table, and added some grass in a vase. The pillow is from my fall pillow collection.

I like to mix faux and real pumpkins. It confuses the squirrels and chipmunks, and makes the fake ones look a little more real. Sometimes I paint my faux pumpkins too. You can see how to do that in this post.

A fall colored throw adds some color. I do like to have a blanket I can use outside when it’s a little chilly out.

Mums in a metal bucket are an easy way to create a fall feel. Galvanzied buckets like this are pretty inexpensive.

This pumpkin and the one behind it are real, and the blue one is fake. I loved the colors, and I thought it would be cute to put the little one on one of the wood slices from that branch that fell in our yard.
